12x12 "Cant's into cans" girl!

This is a 12x12 canvas that I made with one of my favorite sayings.  The base of this collage is made of real canceled postcards that are all from the same person.  There is quite a story behind those but it makes this canvas unique and different from some of my other pieces.  It is available and for sale!  What a great gift for one of your valentines! A collage inspired by & made for my sweet girl

This is one of the first canvases I ever made.  I made it for my daughter who had just turned nine on the 29th of October.  The colors tell a story about the day she was born and the "29" on her dress symbolizes just that!

A girl who knows what she needs to do

This "girl" canvas was inspired by one of my most favorite quotes of all time.  I had a Mary Engelbreit card with this quote framed that I would look at daily while I was working toward my bachelors degree.  I love this quote so much as it can mean different things to different people.  This 6x12 canvas is a great graduation gift for someone who is ready to head off to college...or maybe someone going through a divorce.  It is a one-of-a-kind original and is FOR SALE.

A Mother/daughter piece!

For the first time, I made a mother/daughter canvas as a tribute for my daughter's second trade teacher.  She has one little girl who is six and she is the apple of her eye.  She loves that little pumpkin more than anything in this world!  I had so many ideas that I tossed around in my head but I am pretty satisfied how it turned out.  I put the little one's birth date on the canvas in a few places...It will be fun to see if she notices that.  :) I hope she likes it!

A custom order, "Sisters"

This is a 12x12 canvas that someone commissioned me to make as a gift for her sister.  I just love how this one turned out!

Art for an "angel"

This is one of the first "girls" that I ever made.  It was a gift for my niece who was a freshman in college and had just pledged as a "Pi Phi".  They are known as "angels" so I put some wings on her and wrapped her up.  I was so happy that she loved it!

A "girl" for my sweet friend and daughter's first grade teacher!

This is a personalized canvas I made for my sweet friend and daughter's first grade teacher, Whitney.  You can't see all of the personal details in the photos, but many elements of this canvas were added specifically for her.  I love giving my canvases a personal touch!

Hello!  This is a 12x12 canvas that I made with love for my wonderful boss.  I work in education and her dress is made out of one of our curriculum brochures. 

A time of change

This is a canvas I made for my daughter's teacher last Spring.  She was leaving her job to pursue a career as a dental hygienist.  I just love the colors and the elements so this is one of my all-time favorites!
